Terms of Service

The agreement between Codegraphs and our customers.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Codegraphs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Codegraphs is a software intelligence platform that indexes, searches, analyzes, and visualizes software assets including source code, configuration files, documents, and database definitions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different plans as described on our Pricing page.

3. User Obligations

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You retain all intellectual property rights to the source code and assets you upload.
  • You must ensure you have the legal right to upload and process any code you submit to the Service.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our cloud-hosted Service. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. Enterprise customers with private deployments manage their own availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

Codegraphs is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may export your data at any time before termination.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
