- Source code and software assets — the repositories and files you upload for indexing and analysis.
- Payment information — processed securely through Stripe; we never store full credit card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
All information is used exclusively to provide and improve the Codegraphs service:
- To index, search, and analyze your software assets as requested.
- To authenticate users and enforce access controls.
- To generate invoices and manage subscriptions.
- To improve search relevance, parser accuracy, and AI model performance.
- To communicate service updates, security alerts, and product announcements.
3. Source Code Handling
Your source code is your intellectual property. Codegraphs does not claim ownership of any uploaded code. We process source code solely to provide search, analysis, and visualization capabilities.
- Source code is encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Enterprise customers may deploy Codegraphs entirely within their own infrastructure.
- AI models do not train on customer source code.
- Index data is isolated per tenant — no cross-tenant data leakage.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, all indexed data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Customers may request immediate deletion at any time.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services in the operation of our platform:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Cloud providers — infrastructure hosting (AWS, GCP, or Azure depending on deployment).
- AI model providers — for AI-powered explanations and analysis features.
All third-party providers are contractually bound to data processing agreements that meet or exceed our own privacy standards.
